9:00 - 9:45 A.M. – Check-in (arrive any time during this block, but please try to arrive on time)

9:45 - 10:05 A.M. – Welcome and Keynote Speaker

(9:45 - 10:00 A.M. – Moderator Meeting)

10:10 A.M. - 12:20 P.M. – Novice and Intermediate Preliminary Rounds

12:20 - 1:00 P.M. – Lunch / Break

After the break, Novice/Intermediate Semis and Finals will happen concurrently with Advanced Prelims.

Novice/Intermediate:

1:00 - 1:40 P.M. – Novice Semis

1:45 - 2:25 P.M. – Intermediate Semis

2:30 - 3:10 P.M. – Novice Finals (Awards given immediately after)

3:20 - 4:00 P.M. – Intermediate Finals (Awards given immediately after)

Advanced (Concurrent with above):

1:00 - 3:10 P.M. – Advanced Preliminary Rounds

3:20 - 4:00 P.M. – Advanced Semis

4:10 - 4:50 P.M. – Advanced Finals (Awards given immediately after)
