All rounds will take place in McCosh Hall; the opening assembly and finals will be in McCosh 50.

9:00 - 9:45 A.M. – Check-in (arrive any time during this block, but please try to arrive on time)

9:45 - 10:05 A.M. – Welcome and Keynote Speaker

(9:45 - 10:00 A.M. – Moderator Meeting)

10:10 A.M. - 12:20 P.M. – Novice and Intermediate Preliminary Rounds

12:20 - 1:00 P.M. – Lunch / Break

After the break, we will follow one of these two options. Please let us know your preference!

Option 1: (Ends between 6 and 6:30 P.M.; all players get a chance to spectate all finals)

1:00 - 3:10 P.M. – Advanced Preliminary Rounds

3:20 - 4:00 P.M. – Semifinal Rounds (all levels concurrent)

4:10 - 6:00 P.M. – Final Rounds (novice, then intermediate, then advanced; awards given after each round)

Option 2: (Ends at 5 P.M.; Novice/Intermediate Semis and Finals happen during Adv. Prelims)

Novice/Intermediate:

1:00 - 1:40 P.M. – Nov./Int. Semis

1:50 - 2:30 P.M. – Novice Finals (Awards given immediately after)

2:40 - 3:20 P.M. – Intermediate Finals (Awards given immediately after)

Advanced (Concurrent with above):

1:00 - 3:10 P.M. – Advanced Preliminary Rounds

3:20 - 4:00 P.M. – Advanced Semis

4:10 - 4:50 P.M. – Advanced Finals (Awards given immediately after)
